This system is new exercise aiming at improvement in body consciousness and the operating method. Therefore, this system is systematized so that each motion may suit the structure of the body.
There is much rational motion produced by empirical rules in how to use the body of an old style martial art. Body balance karate studies it with the principle of the body.
Fundamental of the motion is Chito-Ryu Karate. And Chito-Ryu is known as karate-do based on physiology anatomy medicine. BBK was made based on the knowledge, experience, technique, etc. of Chito-ryu Karate and kai-Seitai-jutsu.
Apparently, the motion itself seems to be exercise of karate-do. But the effect of the refined motion is proved also from the example of bowleg improving in an instant.
When using the body, people may use useless power or may be doing the meaningless motion. Thereby, people may put the body out of order, or may be tired more than needed.
However, if you get to know the structure of man's body and become skilled in the rational usage, I can lead different livelihood from the former in you. For example, when you have a heavy thing, you can ease the burden placed on the body, or can have a heavier thing. And also in care etc., you can also move people's body comfortably. At the scene of care of Japan, there is a person adapting how to move the body of an old style martial art. It is BBK that you will make such a thing possible by acquisition of this exercise.
It is effective also in the own body. It not only strengthens muscular power by exercise, but also you can do the consciousness and its maintenance of the correct posture. We prevent the trouble which comes from bad posture, such as lumbago and stiff neck , or dissolution of such a trouble is also set to one of the targets.
Speaking of exercise, there are people with an image called only young people's thing. But in BBK, all people are objects.
We have to move the body, as long as we are alive. It is the fate as an animal. And when it becomes impossible, I come a decline of the body quickly.
Therefore, after understanding how to move the body suitable for age and a situation, it is necessary to do. Fortunately, in BBK, it is not uniform exercise.
